Installation of Main Axis of Centrifugal Impact Crusher

The installation process of the main axis of the device is as follows:

Since the main axis of the centrifugal impact crusher is long and heavy, a travelling crane can be used to install it. During the installment process, the technicians should ensure the coordinate precision of the main axis and the lower bearing and the installment verticality of the main axis.

1. Installment of rotor and upper cylinder.

When installing the rotor, the workers should ensure the coordinate precision of the rotor and the main axis. If the coordinate precision does not conform to the requirement, the workers can adjust the central hole of the rotor and fasten the cylinder of the impact plate. During the installment process, the gap between the cylinder wall and the rotor should conform to the stipulated requirement.

2. Installment of the machine cover.

When installing the machine cover, the workers should ensure the coordinate precision of main axis and the sliding bearing, and at the same time, ensure the coordinate precision of the main axis and the upper gear wheel shaft. If their coordinate precision does not live up to the requirement, the workers can adjust the bolt hole and the machine cover boss in order to ensure the installment precision of the main axis. The reduction gearbox should be installed on the machine cover and fastened with bolt. The machine should be equipped according to the stipulation of the graph paper and adjusted accordingly.

3. Installment of electromotor.

The electromotor is connected with the gear wheel shaft of the reduction gearbox with an elastic joint bearing. During the installment process of the electromotor, the workers should ensure the proper alignment of the main gear wheel shaft of the electromotor, and the discrepancy should not be too large, otherwise, it will influence the rotation of the bearing.
