The System Composition of Ball Mill

The ball mill is composed by three systems including driving and execution system and box and dynamical system. The driving and execution system of the ball mill includes the execution parts of driving and hinge four-bar organization and the tray; the dynamic system mainly refers to the electrical motor. Deeply learning the system of the equipment is very conducive to realize the optimization improvement of the equipment, for this reason we will introduce the composition of the system of the ball mill.

1. The driving and execution system: The belt drive is mainly composed by the main driver, driven pulley and the conveyor. The mutual effect of the belt driving part and the hinge four-bar organization makes the mill drum to do a planetary motion on the tray.

2. The box part: The box of the ball mill is made by welding the low-carbon steel. The supporting frame that is welt on the box is equilateral hot rolling angle iron, and there is trough on one side for the installation of the electrical machine. At the same time, in order for this structure to sustain big workload, during the manufacturing process of the ball mill, ribs will be added between the two plates in order to increase the reliability of the structure and ensure the normal stability of the machine.

3. Dynamic system: The electrical motor of the ball mill is the YC series motor, which is single phase capacitor asynchronous motor. This series of electrical motor has high starting moment and excellent motion performance, and has the advantages of small size, light weight and convenient repair.
