Hongxing sand making production line has excellent working performance. Firstly, the stone materials is sent to the crushing machine in a even manner by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and then the produced materials will be sent to the sand maker by the belt conveyor for further fine crushing, and the materials after fine crushed will be sent by the belt conveyor for to the vibrating screen for screening. Finally, the materials that reach the final product granularity requirement will be sent to the sand washer for cleaning, and then the clean materials will be sent out to become final products. The materials that do not reach the final product granularity requirements will be sent back to sand maker to be processed again, forming a closed-circuit cycle.

This production line is mainly composed by vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, sand maker, belt conveyor, sand washer and fine crusher recycling system. The production granularity can be combined and classified according to the customers’ requirement. If dry type production technology is chosen, coarse and fine powder separating machine and de-dust equipment can be equipped.
