Application Ranges of High-frequency Screen

The high-frequency screen is mainly used for classifying various hard materials with weak corrosivity. The water content of the materials to be classified should be below 15%, and the compression strength should not exceed 100MPa. It is suitable for the wet and dry screening, classifying, dewatering and desliming of various materials in such industries as ore dressing, chemistry, coal mining, food, brick making, pharmacy, fertilizer and paper making industry. In addition, the high-frequency screen can also be used in sand making production line, stone crushing production line as well as ore beneficiation line.

Structure and Advantages of High-frequency Screen

The high-frequency screen is composed of exciter, pulp distributor, screen reel, rack, hanging spring and screen net.

Hongxing high-frequency screen has high working efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency. Its screening principle is different from that of common screening equipment. The high-frequency screen has high frequency, so that it breaks the tension of the surface of the pulp and the high-speed oscillation of the final particles on the screen net, accelerates the separation of the useful minerals with big density and increases the probability of the materials smaller than the separating granularity contacting with the screen. In this way, good separating condition will be created, so that the materials smaller than the separating granularity, especially the materials with big proportion and pulp can go through the screen.
