Developing History of Crushing Equipment in China

The developing time of the crushing equipment in China is relatively late. Before New China was founded, we could barely manufacture any type of crushing equipment; there has not crushing equipment manufacturing industry until New China was founded, and we started from imitating traditional and foreign crushers, and gradually develop to independent designing and manufacturing all kinds of crushing equipment. By the 1960s, the crushing equipment in our country has formed series product.

During the end of the 1970s and the earlier 1980s, with the introduction and absorption of foreign advanced production technology and equipment, we are able to produce some crushing machines with internationally advanced level. In the meantime, various crushing equipment manufactured by our country has been improved and innovated in structure and materials, and the equipment performance has improved significantly, and different models and specifications are increased, forming crusher series with different purposes. Now they are able to basically satisfy the needs of domestic ore beneficiation department.

However, compared with foreign advanced level, the crushing equipment manufacturing by our country still has a gap in equipment structure, models and specifications and technical performance. In recent years, with the further development of crushing machines and cooperated manufacturing of advanced crushing machines, the gap has been shortened.
