Cone crusher is often used as a medium and fine crushing machine and suitable for crushing the raw materials with high hardness and medium hardness.

Impact crusher is often used as coarse, medium and fine crushing machine with big crushing ratio, and it is suitable for crushing the raw materials whose hardness is below medium.

Vertical shaft impact crusher is also called sand maker with large amount of fine materials and small amount of needle-shaped products and it is suitable for the production of plastic artificial sand.

1. According to the technical flow, the layout methods of ”一”, “L” and “C” type are often adopted.

2. Between different crushing procedures, it is necessary to install cushion stage and storage yard.
