Drying machine or dryer machine is used for drying materials with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building materials, metallurgy and chemistry. Rotary dryer can be used for drying many kinds of materials with convenient and reliable operation; therefore, the drying machine is widely used.
Rotary dryer is an industrial dryer that is used to dry material by eliminating or reducing the moisture content. As a kind of mining machine, the rotary dryer is widely used to dry a variety of materials such as slag, clay, limestone, cement, chemicals, etc. It is used in the construction industry, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, just to name a few. Specific Working Theory Of Rotary Dryer
The wet materials are transported into the material hopper by the belt conveyor and bucket elevator, and get into the feeding terminal through feeding pipe with the aid of feeder of material hopper. The pitch of the feeding pipe should be more than the natural pitch of materials in order to help the materials successfully flow into the dryer. The cylinder of dryer is a rotary cylinder which is oblique slightly. The materials are fed from the relatively higher terminal, and the heat carrier comes in from the lower terminal, and sometimes the heat carrier and materials get into the cylinder together.
Along with the revolving of cylinder, the materials move to the lower terminal due to the gravity. When the wet materials move forward, they receive the heat from the heat carrier directly or indirectly. As a result, the wet materials are dried, and discharged out and conveyed by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor on the outlet. There is shoveling plate inside the cylinder in order to shovel materials up and cast it out, to increase the connection surface, to promote drying efficiency, and to accelerate the forward movement of materials.
After the heat carrier is dried, the materials mingled with air should be collected with cyclone dust collector. If it is needed to reduce the content of dust mixed with tail gas, the heat carrier should be subject to bag dust collector or wet dust collector before it is discharged.
Characteristics Of Dryer Machine
This machine is mainly composed of rotary part, lifting board, transmission part, supporting part and seal ring. The dryer machine produced by our company uses new lifting board with many functions of guiding, current sharing and material lifting, and the materials can be comprehensively distributed on the radial sections of the dryer machine and the material curtain is in the thin, average and full state and the materials can fully contact the hot air, thus achieving the aim of making full use of the heat. The dryer machine produced by our company uses reasonable running parameters, and the coal and electricity consumption is reduced by over 10-15% and the output per machine is improved by over 10-15%, so that it has been widely used in the cement plants and ore beneficiation plants.
Indirect Heat Transfer Dryer
The indirect heat transfer dryer manufactured by our company is mainly used in building materials, chemical industry, cement plant for drying limestone and slag, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring. The dryer has the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and convenient for transportation. Indirect dryers employ the similar principles of operation to direct dryers. However, the fundamental difference is that the method of heat transfer is predominant by conduction as opposed to convection. These units are sometimes referred to as contact dryers.
